Important thing is that it is a passive skill not like alok's active skill. Raging Reload(Passive): After taking down an opponent,the Gun's magazine automatically gets reloaded up to 25% of its capacity (limited to AR,SMG or Pistol).Reload capacity increases by leveling up the character skill using level up cards or fragments.
